Exercise for Health

Exercise reduces risk of Diseases

Avoiding a regular exercise routine, leads to stiffness of body, reduced muscle strength and a low cardiovascular fitness. Stretching exercises preserve range of motion and flexibility.

In the highly mechanized & automated lifestyle, we need to be more determined tobe active. For this regular exercise is a must. This must be brought into a daily routine. Regular exercises reduce the risk of illness & ailments by almost 20-50%.

Exercise makes you feel better, improved posture & revitalizes your body tobe able to face an entire day ahead. Exercising also helps in combatting fluctuating blood pressure levels, thereby reducing bad cholesterol and risk of a heart attack.

Obesity is associated with health problems such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory disease, hypertension and osteoarthritis. Diet plus exercise is the ideal way to lose weight.

Regular exercise is a boon for sugar patients and helps them maintain healthy sugar levels.

Bones need calcium which is their source of nourishment. The right kind of exercise improves calcium absorption in the bones. This is the reason why regular weight bearing and strength training exercises result in greater bone density.

It is always important to recognize which exercise is important for you in your daily routine. Apart from regular morning walks, stretching exercises and breathing exercises, Yoga must be regularly practiced. Pranayam Yoga is the most important part of yoga exercises tobe followed in daily routine.

Regular cardio-vascular exercise strengthens the heart muscles. It keeps the heart and blood vessels working optimally. A well-conditioned heart can pump a large amount of blood with fewer heartbeats than a weak heart.

So, always remember that apart from giving time in your daily routine to other jobs, exercise should also form an integral part of your time-table. EXERCISE YOUR WAY TO GOOD HEALTH.
